| GEMTRAC SLOTTED |
VeriTrust offers individual slot storage in our specially designed GemTrac drawers. These drawers are enclosed and protect media from light and dust. Additionally, slot storage enables you to keep track of individual media volumes and can easily be tracked by our TapeTrack® media management system. |
| CONTAINER STORAGE |
At your request, VeriTrust may also track your media by keeping it in closed containers. If stored in this manner, the media contained may be scanned and tracked by our TapeTrack® media management system, or if preferred, the container received may remain locked and unopened and be tracked in the system at the container level |
| MICROFILM & CABINETS |
VeriTrust can store your microfilm and contract cabinets within our vault environment. The information remains locked within the cabinet and the authorized client representative is allowed access to these records whenever required. |
| SPECIALTY (CAGE SPACE) |
VeriTrust may store special assets such as servers, or other sensitive materials in a designated locked cage within our vault.
